I have a large coop (long rectangular shape) that we have just separated into 4 sections, for 4 different breeds. I currently have an ADOR automatic door opener and love it. But, now I will have 3 other run doors I need to open/close. I'm trying to figure out the best way to do this. Is it possible to have an automatic door be rigged to another door near it to open it at the same time?

You'll need a separate motor and mechanism for each door. Depending on the size of the motors and the amperage output of the controller, a single controller could run all three. But likely, the power supply in your opener isn't sized to run 4 motors.

I have a similar issue needing to open single doors in two buildings, 4 doors in another building (like yours) and 10 doors in a breeder complex.
My plan, if I ever get the time to spend on it, is to use an Arduino to do the job.
That way I can also automate light, water heat and pumps and possibly even heat and powered ventilation.

Thanks! I wish I knew how to configure something like that!!
