Ideas for carrot juice?

Our local store had some carrot juice marked down, so I grabbed some to see what it's like. Yuck. Plain, it's gross. I now have 2 -12 oz bottles of the stuff, and no idea what to do with it. Can I use it to make anything?

You could add some to a soup or stew.

My mom maid us have that nasty stuff I could puke every time I tried it.. And no I don't know of anything to do with it.

Mix with other juice. If it's too pulpy for you strain it. Use the pulp for soups stews or chickens. I love carrot juice but brand can make a difference or I make my own. But I also cut it with other juices for a smoother taste.

Mix it 50/50 with pineapple juice - the two go together well.
Add some fresh grated ginger if you like that flavor (I do).

Or use it for soups, stews, sneak it in anywhere you need some liquid.
