Nice. If you go with the rolled flooring, you can always add 1/4 round moulding to keep the edges from lifting.

I had no issues in our old coop with bare OSB plywood, I'd guess at least 10-15 years service before we bought the house and put another couple years on it. The key is deep bedding so everything dries out, no moisture against the wood itself. Current coop = OSB + 4 layers of paint on top.

My home depot sells small pieces of vinyl flooring like 6 by 8, 8 by 10, 10 by 12. It's not expensive at all.
In fact I use a cut off piece from mine to do the poop board that makes it really easy to clean.
