Ideas for improvement

This is my coop and run, the run is 6 by 12 feet and the coop is 4 by 5, does anyone have any tips on how to improve? The bottom of the coop under the boxes is currently a “nursery” for my 3 baby silkies. Thanks! (I have also added a dusting box outside since this picture was taken)

I have 6 including the 3 babies, I got them all from homes that were over run so my goal was just to give them a better life! I haven’t had any issues yet besides introducing the babies to my older 6 month olds and the 4 year old, the older ones are picking at the babies everytime I try to let them meet..
