Ideas for moving a 8x8 building

Build a sled out of 2x6 (or higher) and 2x4, 2x6 is the skid and 2x4 to hold the 2x6 together, then place a piece of plywood over it all to keep it rigid. A chain on each 2x6 to pull it. The building just sits on top and no stress to the building when being pulled.

And if you feel like dragging it will mess things up to much, I would get 4 16 foot 2X10's and four post of pieces of pipe at least 8 feet long. Look under the shed to see which way the floor joist are running and move it with those in the direction your going. Lay 2 of the four by's in line with 2 lines. Jack up one side of the shed and slide on each side about 6 feet apart two of the 2X's. Try to get at least 2 rollers under it and let it down. Now just start moving slow sort of leap frogging you way home. Move 15 feet, go back and get the other 2X, move up front and try to keep at least 3 of rollers under it a time. It will be slow but you can get it home undamaged. You'll get the hang of once you get started.

Best of luck and what a deal.
