Ideas for no or low waste chick feeders?

Hello. I have 6 chicks in my homemade Rubbermaid tub. I also used a chick feeder but they still wasted a lot. So this it what I just made. It seems to be working.

I wired some wire cloth to the top of a lid.

For our three I made a version of the 5 gallon bucket feeder with the pipe (https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/834227/make-your-own-no-waste-5-gallon-25-feed-bucket-feeder-for-about-3_ ). But I went crazy easy and used an old pasta box. I just pulled out the plastic and didn't even cut it since the window hole was the perfect chick size. So basically just a box with a hole big enough for a chick head with food in it up to the bottom of the hole. The only time I have wasted food was when my toddler moved the box as I was filling it. I have been using it a whole ten days and have refilled it three times.

I also saw someone on here (I think, but I can't find it now) who used hardware cloth to cover the holes in a mason jar type feeder. They put the cloth on the inside. It looked like it would work very well.
