My chickens just started laying (I'll get pics up when I get on a real internet connection.) We have 19 hens, and will soon be overwhelmed with eggs. One of my plans is to auction off eggs at church, but I can't just wait for 50 dozen eggs to come out. Nobody needs as many eggs as I will have. I'd like to auction off some off my future excess supply. On the other hand, I really can't guarantee eggs at any one time, because certainly production will slow during winter. Does anybody have a plan for doing this?
