Ideas wanted...

My birds are reluctant to go into a dark coop. I have an LED light on a timer in the coop that comes on before dusk, and goes off after dark when everyone is in. They go in much better when it's lit for them, and I rarely have a bird locked out unless I forget to adjust the timer for lengthening days. Was the easiest fix for me. Summer it's less issue than winter since the days are longer.

but if anyone has any clever ideas, I'd love to hear them.

How high is this pop door?
They really need a landing area in front to door, a 'porch' so to speak, if it's over a foot from ground.
Ditto the windows/light in coop.....and the 'haircut'.
