Identification- they say it's a Japanese breed- does that help?

Fendi is now 8 weeks old and seemed to be doing fine until a couple of days ago. I posted in the emergency/sickness forum a few minutes ago - I am not sure if she is just growing feathers or if there is something wrong with her.
