Identify: Devil-Looking "Horned" Rooster

Can anyone identify this rooster's breed? I got him in a "Top Hat Special."

He's a Polish. I have a White Crested Black Polish rooster, as does a good friend of mine. Actually we each have a pair, rooster and hen. Our boys' combs look like that, as well as the white earlobes behind the lovely wattles.

not quite a crev (no beard and wrong earlobe color). If he's a w.c. black he's lacking the white in the crest. and with only a headshot to go off of I'd say most likely not a houdan. Most likely a Polish that doesn't quite meet standards.

Thats not a polish at all. Polish have a different lookin crest. They look a lot alike though
