Identify this feed and its ingredients.

I live in Afghanistan.
We are under lockdown due to coronavirus.
I have a medical condition,so I'm not going out.
I sent another person to get me some chicken feed.
Store was out of starter,so he brought this feed.
Plz identify what type of feed it is.
I have two groups of chickens,one are laying and the other are small chicks.
I'm worried of feeding them wrong feed.
Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Can you get any chick feed? If that is laying hen feed, then it will be fine for the hens, but not the chicks. Did it come in a labeled bag? If it says “laying hen feed” that won’t work for the chicks.

It didn't come in a labeled bag.
Here we can purchase it in KGs in ordinary plastic bags.
The problem is that I can't get chick feed.
And I don't know what type of feed this is.
