Is this normal poop or coccidiosis?

It's hard to diagnose droppings, but it could be blood or intestinal shed. If it looks more like blood, and you are seeing more of it with lethargic or sleepy chickens, then I would for ahead and get some Corid to treat for coccidiosis. Your local vet could also do a fecal test on several fresh droppings to look for that.
