Is the hen their biological mother? I can't tell the sex but if I were to guess I'd say the darker one is a hen.

Those are the hens? What is your rooster?
Its too early to sex, but we can figure out who the parents are. At this point, depending on what Dad is, I'm leaning towards RIR Mom on these guys.

They look like Wyandotte mixes. And way too young to tell the sex.

If your Wyandotte hens have rose combs then any of the chicks that sport rose combs come from them. It’s too early to sex the chicks at this age. Repost pictures when they are 6-8 weeks old.

The dad is a bantam black breasted red old English game rooster.

Any rooster chick would not be from the barred rock since all her sons would be barred which the chicks aren’t.

If they don’t have Rosecombs I agree with Fraz that they are probably the RIR’s chicks.
