He’s not blue, and not pure for cuckoo either. Based on the hen behind him (which appears to be a d’uccle bantam) he’s not standard sized.

My thoughts as well. I agree that he's at least part OEGB! He's much more leggy, probably a stretch but I would wonder if he had any Modern Game in him...
