Hi! This is Evangeline, about 14-15 weeks old. We picked her up from a farm at 8ish weeks old as a ‘black chicken’. I presumed she would be a black sex-link or possible a Australorp hybrid of some discription but she has me confused now. Her friend who is the same age is starting to get the pink in her face (light Sussex) But she is not. It’s still black along with the rest of her. She has a interest tail shape and her feathers shine green in the light. Any ideas? Sorry the photos aren’t great. She isn’t a very cooperative model. 9BED25C2-4627-4C66-A036-5183369738BC.jpeg A47F97D5-E106-4016-8D48-7E230F7C99CB.jpeg 76A458D0-3B89-459E-8E80-55666D7A3B2D.jpeg

Oh sorry yes she is defiantly a hen, I just wanted know if anyone could identify her breed.
Oh sorry(I think one of my sisters posted that) she looks very familiar, I'm pretty sure that I wanted to get a chicken that looked like her... I think I have it written down somewhere. Once I find it in will tell you

Probably a mix. She could have a black skinned breed in her ancestry, like Ayam Cemani, or maybe she's just a mix that happens to have black skin. She's pretty!
