Identity issues...

I have two hens that look the same with varying degrees of red feathers. Does anyone know what they are? They are approx 16 weeks old.

Could be some form of black sex links, or just mixes

Mixed breed hen; she could be a Black Sex Link but I'm not seeing much reddish or copper colored feathers around the neck, so if she's a BSL, she's not a typical RIR roo X BPR hen BSL.

Thank you both. I will try for a better picture as well as a picture of the other one. I also have a white one and a rooster I'd like to have an idea of what they are so I can figure out what to expect.
I'm good with having mixed breeds or chicken "mutts"!

Nothing wrong with mixed breeds unless you are wanting to enter your chickens in a poultry show. ) The best brown egg layers in the world (Black and Red Sex Links) are mixed breeds.
