This afternoon,I was pleased to get a phone call from our wildlife bird sanctuary, that they had someone drop off 2 domesticated young geese. Since they are a wildlife rescue, they don't and will not keep domesticated water fowl..therefore they called me. (I have done volunteer work for them,so they have my number )
anyways,I didn't have a lot of time to think, but knew I wanted to help,,so here they are. I am pretty sure they are a male and female, super sweet and tame, and healthy. I wanted to know what breed of geese they are..if anyone has an idea, please let me know :))
Thanks!

Congrats what a blessing to get and young too.

They have some grey splashes on them as well,,light grey..hard to see in the pic,I'll take more today and post :)
I love them, they seem different from ducks, and so affectionate!

Oh he's beautiful! I hope they're like that! what are they? Embden?
Yes Sammy is Embden, but they really could be Sebbies because they look just like Embdens in the face [to me anyway] All I know is your babies are precious and yes Geese are different than ducks in personality.
