If duckling hatch wat to feed?

There are a number of choices - I used turkey and waterfowl starter with one part rolled oats (not instant) to five parts feed, to keep the protein at around 20% (they need this the first two weeks). Watch the niacin levels - some ducklings get into trouble without enough of it (as in the case of using chick starter). I went with the premixed feed because I think that their first two months' nutrition will affect their health the rest of their lives.

I also sprinkled about a teaspoon of chick grit in their six inch diameter chick feeder once a day (I had fifteen ducklings).

Look at the protien level in your duck grower. Get your ducklings on about 20%. 18% will work also, they will just grow a bit slower. The higher protien level of 20% won't hurt mama duck for the time the ducklings are on it, after all she has been worn down a bit fm brooding so the higher level should help her recover her strength faster.
