If I get Giant blue cochins through the co-op (from welp hatchery)...

Will they all be blue? The description doesn't say anything about the color other than that they are "Giant Blue Cochins". Aren't blue chickens usually (when hatched) a mixture of blue, black and splash? Will it be the same for these guys? Is there any way to tell blue from black from splash when they are just little fuzzballs?
