I’d leave them be for tonight and check on them in the morning. Don’t worry about the humidity too much at this point. It’s going to fluctuate as eggs hatch and chicks dry.

I'm surprised those second ones are so wet, but i would definitely say leave them in until tomorrow. If none have pipped you could probably remove the driest, but that's not a necessity so I'm not heavily encouraging it.

They will dry and don't worry too much as long as they have enough heat on them. I always leave mine in 24 hours or more so I will have at least all of them out of the egg. I had an inc that had the humidity stay high and after 24 hours they were a little wet, but I wrapped them in a cloth to fluff dry.
