If it's always at least 95 degrees outside do I still need a brooding lamp?

Hi everyone! So I'm going to be raising 3 chicks in August, and it's really hot where I am (always at least 90 degrees, even in the night) so I'm wondering if I still need a brooder lamp.

No, I don't see why you would. I hope that's in the shade, though. It can also be too hot for them, even when very young. This is some good reading:
