What made you happy today?

My box of laptops came.

The laptop I was going to use for parts doesn't seem to work. My expectations weren't high, not really a bummer. The seller (griftwill) left the hard drive in it, against what the description says. I don't blame them, these laptops are a pain to get in.

The other laptop turns on but has no hard drive. It's also from 2010 so it's probably got some life in it.

If I could be any happier, the one that doesn't turn on turns on if you put pressure in the area where the CPU is. If I can't fix the issue, it's still fine since I got it for parts, but it's neat it might actually work.

Congrats! I worked 26 years for our local School Corp.! Best job I ever had!
