Just a thought folks on the shipping of live birds being the advocate here. Has anyone thought that it could be the way the USPS and airlines that are handling live birds. Because if they put the live birds where there is no air circulation to get to them or put them by mistake where there will be no air that things like this can happen. What about leaving them out in the hot sun or in the rain. There are people at the airport that do these things. One thing I have noticed is when something goes wrong in shipping it is always the breeder that we go back to and blame. Just what if it was because of someone who did not care if they were live birds or not in shipment. Things do happen at airports not only with live birds, but cats, kittens, puppies, dog ect. and this is because the airport lost the animal or mishandled them.
I have been in different breeding through out my life and the airport has lost animals just like a package(s). Dogs, cats and more have arrived DOA. What about the horses that were shipped and they forgot to put the air back to the horses all arrived DOA.
So please take a moment people and think this out well.
Just look at the way eggs are handled by the USPS and airlines. All the horror stories of how the eggs arrive. What makes the difference of live birds there is no difference. Please as I said take into consideration what I have said before putting the blame on one certain thing....
Thank you.
