If they have Red combs and wattles, is it always a Roo??

Hello! So I have 26 chickens, all 10 weeks, one I know for sure is a rooster, looks like it, acts like it. But I have 2 others in question. What do y’all think? They have red combs and wattles when the other pullets do not. Third pic for reference, that’s how all my other girls look.

Yes, red comb, & wattles doesn't always mean cockerel. I occasionally get females that are fast maturing in the face, or I just end up with pullets with red combs.
