If two roosters fertilize a hen, can either be a father to her eggs?

I’ve just been curious as to if two roosters/cockerels were to fertilize a hen, will the one who’s done it more recently be the father of her potential chick if she were to lay the same day, or could it be both?

It could be either or even the rooster that mated her two weeks ago. Hens can store sperm for a significant period of time, and it just depends 'who' gets to the egg first.

Unless she's separated for about 3 weeks or only with one rooster for 3 weeks, it's a guessing game

From what I understand, hens can store extra sperm in their bodies for up to a month. Hens can push the sperm out of their vent if they want. If they decide they want to use the sperm, the eggs will be fertile for about two weeks. There is no guarantee of which rooster she will choose, though most likely she will choose the higher ranking rooster or the one will bigger comb and wattles.

I agree w above answers. If you want a specific father, then you need to keep the unwanted one separated for at least 3-4 weeks. I will have the same situation next spring.
