Hey, I have a Dutch! He's my main flock rooster, a BR. I named him Dutch because I recently found out that one of my grandfathers was Dutch. Good name.

He's got a nice comb on him. My Dutch is a big pet, but then, that's pretty much what I expect out of Hawkeye's sons, for the most part.

Broad is a good thing with Delawares. Hatchery birds are too narrow most of the time. He's quite the good looking boy, IMO.

I have my own mack truck Delaware girl named Kira. Had to cull my cockerel for attitude issues and a comb flaw, but will be hatching some new ones out next month.

i am sorely hoping that my trio throw something wonderful. we have DuPont also (young cockerel) and he is babysitting EE's in a brooder. so funny to see a half grown boy with all the little girls. he's a good nanny!
