eggs? It seems like nobody wants to buy them from me now that I am licensed.

if anything that'd make me want to buy more from you if i was in your state! I doubt it has a stigma to it but i dunno!

Maybe it is because it is later in the season too.

I need to find a local store that will sell them as food:)

If you can go all organic and get certified for that that SHOULD open you up to a ton of resturants and stores i'd assume

I will see about getting certified. They get natural feed now. I will need to check and make sure I can find a source of organic feed.

Be sure you check your local laws though. In Oregon if you sell eggs to stores and restaurants they are suppose to be USDA graded.

if you post on cl, post 2 ads that look different but advertise the same things you seel, and in one put you are liscensed and in the other, dont put it in. then you can see which one is more popular

That sounds like a good idea. The thing is in NC to even sell hatching eggs or chicks the other person also has to be licensed. Most people I know just keep them without the license. We were told that we had to get a license (thus on the radar & didn't know before)... since we got it, most people aren't interested. I think they might be worried about the state finding out and fining them (we have to keep records of who buys from us).
