If you could raise one breed exclusively, what would it be?

Sussex...now if they would only come in more colors....and be cheaper nd more of the rare colors in the USA...

Cubalayas are a great breed. not only do they lay great but the egg yoke is a dark orange and very tasty. Cubalayas are good to eat with prime white meat. Cubalayas look great in your yard and have many color varieties; bb red, black, white, brown red, blue red, red pyle, silver duckwing, gold duckwing. they love to forage and are very friendly actually seem to enjoy humans company. currently we have bb reds, brown reds, red pyles and whites but want to add the blue reds next spring.
