I would be a, um... Well. I don't know really, I don't know too many breeds, but here is my temperaments, could you tell me what I would be?

I would be a little shy to strangers, but once you know me you can't keep my mouth closed! I love to sing, in opera... And in Italian, but anyway.
I am also small but so far tall.

I am creative...... What do you think I am?????????
