7. Buy some horses and some goats - and build shelters.
8. Buy substandard/abandoned housing, renovate/replace then sell - not for profit, to help our area
9. Buy land near the highway and build business/commercial buildings - not for profit, to help local economy

If I played....
1. DH would own a construction company here, and I'd be his secretary
2. We'd build onto our church, and buy the surrounding property for the church.
3. We'd purchase 20 acres close by, 10 for our farm, and 10 adjoining acres for a school we would found.
4. Purchase and donate land and materials for a school in Quito, Ecudaor for our ministry in that area.
5. Purchase and donate land and materials for a school in Costa Rica where our other ministry is located.
6. Build all the necessary animal housing/hired hand housing/home on the property, with lumber from the property.
7. Purchase animals for the farm.
8. Contract with our local mens ministry to hire all the hands needed for the farm to work even in our absence.
9. Buy a "new to us" truck.
10.Toss the remaining into a mutual fund account and live off the interest leaving the principle as a trust to our children upon our death.
