For the hour between 9:30 and 10:30am they sang "boc boc boc bagaaaaaaawwwwwk" , loud enough to prevent me from going back to sleep on my one and only sleep-in day.
They had laid 2 eggs for me, tho, so all was forgiven.
2 good reasons to get out of bed on a stormy morning!

I think right now my hens would say - PLEASE DON:T SHOW US THE OVEN AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We know we have not laid any eggs

in weeks BUT WE LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!

NOw where are the treats

and we might think of laying something???????

1. I was trying to give a single chick to a broody and she was saying "Get this pipsqueak out of my nest... I'm busy trying to hatch these eggs!"
