Hi
If your flock all have been vaccinated for mereks as chicks do you have to vaccinate all chicks that are hatched from them or eggs you bring in?
Say if next year you hatch some eggs or get some chicks and don't vaccinate them will they contract it from the vaccinated ones?

The resistance your birds have from being vaccinated is not passed on to their offspring. You'll need to vaccinate if you want the chicks to be resistant.

Also, the vaccination does not sterilze, so it is possible for a vaccinated bird to be resistant themselves, but still be passing Marek's around.
