Well, most of the time (in my experience) roo's always seem to be the friendliest until they get around 3-4 months (maybe earlier) so behavior isn't always pullet and cockerel, could be characteristics, but can also determine genders, depends really.Also the larger of the two (Chicken A) is way more skittish and stand-offish and sweet. Chicken B is bold, bossy (hogs any meal-worm treats) and runs to me when s/he sees me. A runs away. Not sure if personality fully helps identify...
