[Knock Kneed Hen]

Went to the local feed store for pine shavings and the owner showed me some birds she just got in from a local.

It was love at first sight!

AND she gave her to me

She's 1/2 Buff Orpington & 1/2 Silkie. I think she's adoreable!

I agree, she is adorable! Her coloring looks a lot like one of my babies, a Light Brahma x Blue-Laced Red Wyandotte. Yours has the adorable Silkie poofie head, though!

WOW! They do look alike! I had wanted to get some Silkies but was afraid they were too small to mix in with my large breed flock. I'm hoping that this girl being half BO will be decent sized to hold her own. Right now she's the same size as the EE's...

Oh, and of course, I'm hoping it's a hen
