It may be possible to save this bird with the suggested vitamins and minerals. However, he will never be a healthy vigorous bird.
The critical time to have this nutrition has long passed.
Baby chicks and growing birds need much more vitamin, mineral and amino acid support than mature birds. Your bird should be nearly full grown.
If you get birds in the future, figure out how to get them the nutrients they need from hatchlings onward.

Oh my! I want to cry reading this post and seeing the images.
You´re bird is extremely ill and dying! I have never seen a 6 month old rooster in such poor condition. You NEED to take care of your birds properly. They need a wholesome feed, what you are feeding is not even close to being enough for this bird to survive. Yes, he may have bumble foot too but that is most certainly not what his killing him. He has much bigger issues. Your other rooster passed away from the same reasons. You should not have pets if you cannot properly take care of them. I know that hurting them is not your intention, but they are suffering.

Please I ask that you listen to everyone on here and do exactly what they say.

Here is a link for nutrient requirements for layers, broilers and turkeys.
When starting new chicks, go by the list of nutrients for broiler type chicks. Find out what is in the things you are feeding and then find other feedstuffs to provide what is missing.
For example, if your food is missing zinc, selenium or vitamin A, find foods that are good sources of those things.
A vitamin and mineral supplement will always be necessary without a complete chicken feed.

If any of the 40 nutrients chickens need are missing or deficient in the diet, there will be developmental problems, nutritional disease and likely premature death..

Remember chickens are omnivores, not seed eaters or even vegetarians. If fed exclusively grains, they won't make it. Feeding some animal protein will likely satisfy their needs for essential amino acids but then there are still the vitamin and mineral needs.
