Ill baby rooster,help!!!

Hey guys please help me with this,the previous rooster of my also died in this way and he is too following the same path. His legs are looking so weak,he is not able to walk nor standnot stand properly.I am feeding him eggs,meat and every protien food which can strengthen him, but still he is not showing any sign of recovery.I also soaked his legs in Luke warm water accompanied with detol to kill bacteria but all in vein.

More details are needed about health of the chicken. What else is going on? Age and breed would be helpful. What have you been feeding him, does he also get regular chicken feed? How about a few full body pictures? From what I can see he looks too skinny all over. Need lots more info for people to be able to help!

I use to feed him mixture of grains,pulses, rice and wheat and sometime grit.
