ill chicks, please HELP

hey all, one of my chicks died last night, think it was ill, they have just been born this week aswel and now another one has the same symtons, it has a large red thing coming out of its rear, its heads always down, cant stand and theres a ticking noise coming from it, ive just had a look and my healthy bunch and now another is starting with the same symtons please help, thanks
