Respiratory illness will need antibiotics. If you can get a hold of something, (I know you don't have access to much), but it sounds like she might have some sort respiratory issue.

Now, gasping can also be caused from Gape Worm, (worms in the trachea), however there probably wouldn't be any sneezing involved. Not all wormers kill off the Gape worm. But again, if she is sneezing, then this probably has nothing to do with worms.

See if you can get a hold of some antibiotics, even if for future use. Can you order them somewhere on line?

wow, sounds like my birds. i know how you feel. sorry to hear this. every batch of quail we have gotten in the last 2months have died. we have done everthing. got 2 groups last week and yesterday they started dying. is there someting in my yard? if the birds are getting sick, is it something we are putting them around? we have done everything, water, food, bedding. they are fine one minute and the next they are dead. some have sudden wounds with weeping, others seem to have sudden feather loss. are the quial killing each other? is that possible?

how did you make out? did your bird make it? i found mites on mine, saved 3 out of 12. did u try the antibiotics? hope u made out well.
