Ill Wellsummer, wattle & comb dull in red color...

    Ill Wellsummer, wattle & comb dull in red color....almost going white on her waddle - she's very aloof - input please? Thanks!

    Her feathers and eye looks pretty good.

    When the combs and wattles get pale pink, meaning they are not laying at this point. If you get white on edges, it could be frostbites or fungal infection going on there.

    Is she eating and drinking? Acting sleepy or letharthic? Sitting around alot? If she does not do anything differently, eats and drinks normally, take interest in her surroundings, then she is taking a "vacation" from laying. All of mine molt during the fall while others will molt during spring.
