Illegal to Advertise Nest Run Eggs as "Fresh" or "Local"?

We have drive way self-serve stands selling eggs in Tennessee. What I'd like to see is dated eggs, not the general term "fresh". I wonder if you could label the lay date, instead of "fresh" in Arizona?

I always write the lay date on every one of my eggs.
