It's going to be a fun filled day, that's for sure! I love swap season! Gives me a chance to see some familiar faces that I normally don't get to!!

I am not sure as of yet if I will have any creles for sale. I lost a few over the winter, and need to replenish my own stock.

If you will be looking later in the season I might be able to help! I have some pretty nice ones! (These are some of my birds and I just got 6 more hens and a few more roosters better than them to add to the gene pool)

This Winter was a tough one!!!! I lost 5 of my best roosters. All of the laid back ones that didn't care much for roosting. I'm putting rubber mats in my barn to try to keep that from happening next year.

Let me know about the Crele's later on. My hatchery partner, Liz, raises OEGB's. She hatched out some chicks and only got one Crele in the mix, and it was a cockerel. But that color was her favorite.

Hi Folks, The two acquaintances that agreed to split a 25 chick order of Australorp pullets with me have bolted. I now have way more chicks than I know what to do with. They just came today and all of them appear healthy and are quite frisky. They're started on Cashton organic feed and have been vax'd against Marricks. I'm in the City but I'll meet anyone halfway if they're interested. I'm asking $3 each or 4 for $10. Also - where in Kankakee and Freeport are these chicken swaps? Thanks

Freeport is held at the stephenson fairgrounds which is in freeport, and kankakee is held at the fairgrounds in kankakee

I am looking for Wyandotte and Brahma chicks/eggs. I am located near Roanoke IL, basically in a cornfield surrounded by larger cornfields...lol. Is there anyone close who might have any chicks/eggs I desire?
