They are very sweet and get along well, but they need a larger area to roam - preferably a nice farm. Their names are Lucho and Loco and Loco is a silkie, but I am not sure if Luchos breed. Hi! Welcome to the group! I wish I could help but we can't have roosters here. Most days I am okay with that but they're so darn pretty I kind of want one. LOL!

13 week old Buff Brahmas. Hoping someone can give them a good home. Please be familiar with this breed and size. Buffy (the vampire slayer) & Warren (Buffet) are beautifully feathered shy birds. I did not know anything about the breed when I bought them 2 weeks after getting 4 average sized hens. I assume a 12 pound rooster breeding with 5 & 6 pound hens could be rough on them. Based on feedback here at BYC, the consensus one is a cockeral. He's not crowing yet. I am about 35-45 minutes south of Chicago. Email [email protected]

*Technically these quail belong to someone else, we're just doing the hatching and DS is collecting the hatch data for a project. However, if someone wants jumbo Coturnix Quail, I'm sure our friend would be willing to sell a few.
