New company is in MN, NY, ND, SD, Montana and Iowa. I get the country companion brand of all flock when I don't have younger than 8 wks.... The new company sells it for $2 more...

Also enjoying the free chicken treats. We’ve got some off cycle cicadas here. Can’t wait until next year!

I still recall the last 17 year cycle of the cicadas.
That was the first time MY CHICKENS CROSSED THE ROAD.
WHY?????????
TO GET TO THE CICADAS ON THE OTHER SIDE.

This morning the kids we’re catching cicadas and feeding them to chickens.

….except for Xansie (DD’s silkie). She just looked at the big buzzing bug and back to DD. She must have been thinking “THAT doesn’t look like a treat”. Spoiled, fussy, little fluff-ball!
