Illness cured itself within minutes?

So yesterday Joy was fine. This morning, she was standing under the coop, doing nothing. She ate a little bit, but otherwise just stood there. I mixed up some electrolytes and went out to give them to her, when I found her happily dust bathing with her sisters. What happened?

Well, depending on how long she stood there, she could just have been waking up. If she was there for a while, however, I'm not sure. But at least she is good now!

She was probably just hiding under the coop...taking a break.
I highly doubt she had a mysterious illness and became magically cured.

We checked her over and she looks very normal. She even ran to me when I called them!

I am ignored by the poster, so I'll just say it here. She's an extreme chicken lover, and notices every little unusual thing about her chickens. She's serious.

I really did for a minute. I'm OCD and have minor anxiety, and one of my beloved chickens showing a sign of illness is a anxiety trigger
