Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.

My chickens have gotten something that i'm not sure what it is. They sneeze and sometimes have a discharge from nostrilsand a few of them have a liquid disharge from the eyes when they blink.....it seems tohave spread throughout the flock..any suggestions?
