I use a red heat lamp, and I've not had any problems with pecking unless someone has a treat in their beak.

I got mine at Wal-mart. They didn't have them at the home stores. Then I bought a lower wattage (100) when the 250 was keeping them too warm at 2 weeks. Be sure to use it in a ceramic base.

My guys are peckin each other too, mostly my lil GLW...
These guys peck eachother more than my last 2 sets but they have all been different.
Just keep an eye on them

The video is great,,, my only suggestion... put marbles or little stones in the base of the waterier. The little ones tend to fall asleep anywhere and everywhere. They have been known to drowned.

Oh and you usually can find red lamp bulbs at Pet Smart in the reptile section. Several different wattage's
