Thanks to some great advise with my bloody pipper, everything worked out, the chick made its way out unassisted! Looks to be smaller then the other 2 that hatched at the same time and has the cord attached still! But so far I have 3 hatched, 2 working their way out as we speak and 2 still doing nada! I'm so excited!
