Im a new moma to an aracauna!!!

I know she is about 17 weeks old but what should I be looking for to see if she will be laying soon?? She is a very pretty bird and protected herself very well when I introduced her into the coop. I am soo excited to get some blue/green eggs!

You can say 'she's pretty' and not show us pictures! Is she a true Araucana or an Easter Egger....True Araucana should lay blue eggs! They say when the comb gets bright red, she is mature enough to lay. True Ameraucanas and Araucanas are known to be older before laying eggs..

Does she have ear tuffs? Pictures, we need pictures..Dixie

How do I post a picture?? She is acting kinda shy today. I need some hints on how to make my other chicks get along with her. Yelling at them doesnt seem to do it lol

Here she is, probably not "purebred" araucana, but she is so sweet and gentle. She loves to eat out of my hand. I am on day 3 of her living with my other 2 pullets and they still wont let her off the ladder. I have to let them out and shut the door so she can walk around eat and drink...I dont know what to do
