I do have some great recipes to use up some eggs. I have one for an angel food cake that uses 12 egg whites and then one for a pound cake that uses 12 yolks. I can make some of those, but the eggs still come. I have frozen, cooked and fed them any anything else I can think of. Im not complaining. I have an organization that goes to a craft sale every fall. We take crafts and baked goods. All proceeds from that sale (and one other that we do) go to help local families in need at Christmas time. So I will use much of what I bake for that. I give some eggs away, but I think Im going to start selling them.
I never thought I'd be saying that either.... I think its more because I have them at so many different stages. Some under light, some in grow out, some with their mamas. etc. And they each have their own enclosures and some have different foods..yikes....Im sure Ill be ready for more as soon as these are a little more self sufficient. Cause seriously....do we ever really have enough......
