I'm Alive, UPDATE AGAIN another hospitlization

Glad you're okay. It's always sad to hear the stories of people affected by those storms, the news is finally making its way down here. It's nice to hear some personal stories of how people are trying to help out others in trouble, etc.

Best wishes for you and your dog.

I am glad you are ok. My DH is from Florence, actually Killen-but nobody's ever heard of it,

He has been upset seeing his home state hit so hard. It's kinda what it was like 3 years ago when hurricane Ike ripped through here. Destruction, no power, no nothing. Take care, and let us hear from you.

Good to hear you survived the storms. It was very hairy around here, but we only had limbs down as far as I know, haven't walked the entire five acres yet. The house and coops fared very well and the tornadoes were only in the southern part of the county-we live in the north part right at the NC line.

Thanks for checking in with us! We are all so happy to hear you have survived this disaster.

It is so kind of you to help out others, as well. What a wonderful thing you are doing there.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and all those suffering.

So glad ya'll made it through all right. The storm completely missed us, but everything that I've seen on tv about it is just terrifying. Hope your dog feels better soon.

Kristy, your comment about heating water and washing clothes by hand made me laugh. We lived in Charleston SC during Hurricane Hugo, and I was amazed at the number of people who could not survive without electricity, running water, and television. Give yourself a big pat on the back for being able to cope!
